"WILD ABOUT HARRY" FEATURES "THE ESCAPE ARTIST" & "THE HOUDINI FILE"

Big thanks to "Wild About Harry", John Cox's excellent blog about Houdini.  We've had a very fruitful correspondence and he's just published a rave about our upcoming book, The Escape Artist, and this blog, The Houdini File.

John mentions, in his post, a historical mystery that has plagued Houdini buffs for many years:  what ever happened to Houdini's chief assistant, Franz Kukol?  Most of the bios state that he returned to his home in Europe during the First World War.  But we'll be publishing proof that in fact Mr. Kukol stayed faithful to Houdini, as his chief assistant and photographer, in New York, until the end.
